Photo hunt--Memory
Recently I found a number of old rolls of print film. I decided to have them digitized because it is so much easier to organize them. This photo represents a memory from around 1999 when my family took a trip up the eastern Lake Michigan coast with a stop on Mackinac Island and then into Canada. I especially liked the Lake Superior area we visited. The kids have grown a tad since then.

Great photo and wonderful memories. It sounds like it was a great trip.
Now that's a shot you can always remember. I don't know if the object in the air is the rock that was thrown or maybe it's a particle on the picture or something else, either way just say that it's a rock and it would make for a great story. :)
Excellent picture

Happy Hunting.
:)
The spot on the photo is definitely a rock. They were in a rock throwing phase.
What a great picture and the memories behind it. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.
A great photo....is that a lighthouse in the background?

I love Lake Michigan as I used to live about 35 minutes away from it. And Mackinac Is beautiful. Lovely post.

It must have been a nice surprise to find the lost film :)
Mine's up too :)
It looks like a very happy memory!
I have long wanted to visit Macinac Island. Looks like you had a wonderful trip. I almost made it there this past May, but we only went as far north as East Lansing (little mini-vacation from Alabama). It was my first time to Michigan and a great one - so beautiful. I was really struck by the beautiful trees and super clean landscapes. It was a bit cooler than I was used to tho - I suppose you get acclimated to it.
Beautiful picture and what wonderful memories of your trip.
Note to self: take lots of "Superior" pics for sarala. EASY to do! :^)
