My cousin loves Mofongo. Can't say that I do. I've never been to Puerto Rico, but other family members have. They loved it too.

I read some of your blogs on Italy. Brought back wonderful memories. My Knight was in the Army back in the 80's. We were stationed in Stuttgart Germany. Being that we lived there for 2 1/2 years, we got to travel all over Europe. LOVED it!

I love the pastel houses and snorkeling, but had enough heat in Florida to last a lifetime.

I don't see snails anywhere on that list! Apart from that it's a mighty fine selection.

This photo is from my neighborhood; right in front of the first house there's a steep hill which I climbed each day at least twice and ran down the length to avoid falling.Three houses down was my uncle's house, next, the tall green one used to be the town's courthouse....and yes...MOFONGO is number 1 !!!

Anonymous: I loved my visit to this town. I would have spent more time exploring and photographing but I had two cranky kids with me.
I hope I go back some day.
