OK the shot is not exactly a work of art but I did think it was a curious paint job for a church. Actually I'm not sure what object would look good in that particular color. Note the color-coordinated car in front. Seen on the west side of Chicago.

Yep that is definitely purple!
In my old house I wanted to paint one of my rooms purple, I was thinking a soft purple maybe even lavendar- however what we got was a Barney Purple room, which the church is very close too.
Great shot. I like the Dancing Jesus in the front window!
I focused on the colour of the building (purple's a very popular colour in Black churches) and didn't notice Jesus on the front window:-)
